Alamo Music and Wine Festival

My hubby is in the Alamo Rotary which is once again putting on the Music and Wine Festival.

The event is Saturday September 9, 2007 from 2 to 11pm at the Alamo Plaza. There will be booths and kid activities. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 8pm with a variety of live bands for entertainment.

Dinner guests will be able to choose between Faz, Forli's Restaurant, Diablo Valley College Culinary Dept. and The Alamo Rotary for their menu selection. Dinner tickets sell for $17.00.

Let's not forget the Raffle. And let's not forget I sold the winning ticket two years ago now for the grand prize trip to Hawaii. I was thrilled to have sold the winning ticket to a friend of mine. She and her husband used the trip to renew their wedding vows. Pretty neat.

Raffle tickets sell for $5.00 a piece or 5 for $20.00 and are sold at the event. First prize is a weeks accomodations in a condo in Oahu on the north shore. I think it includes air fare but don't hold me to that.

I'm hoping to sell the winning ticket again.
